Keratin, a special form of which is designed to be easily absorbed by the body. I've been using one capsule twice a day for a few days now, so I'll write about the effects after a month.
I bought this mainly to add another angle to my hair routine. The keratin-focused formula is different from the usual basic hair vitamins, which is what interested me.
