I bought this as a guilt-free snack, so I wasn't too concerned about the supplement's effects. The taste was the main factor. As for the flavor, it's a slightly unusual berry flavor, I suppose? It's not bad. It's also quite chewy compared to other gummy supplements from iHerb, with a texture similar to Japanese gummies. Perhaps it's wrong to expect deliciousness from something like this, but it's not tasty enough to make me want to continue taking it. It might be good for children prone to constipation.
