Absolutely delicious. It tastes like a sweet cinnamon scroll, the texture is soft and moist -it does crumble a little more than regular cake but still a delicious treat
I love simple mills and cinnamon treats. If you overcook it will get a bit dry. The ingredients are fantastic and it made a good size batch.

These muffins were delicious and easy to make! The package came in great conditions.
This mix was tasty though was a bit dry for my taste preferences. I baked it into muffins. The directions were easy to follow and the cake easy to make. There probably isn't much nutritional benefit to these but they are a nice sweet treat. I generally like Simple Mills foods and may purchase this again in the future. They're great for a gluten free, low sugar diet.

I was excited to buy and use this new product from Simple Mills. It's like a coffee cake type muffin or it could be as a cake. It's a bit dry, so I would definitely recommend adding the yogurt (like it suggests on the back of the box with the recipe). Overall, it was yummy!
