Satisfied yeah! But it has after taste, for me I don’t like to eat it as it is, I prefer to add some pieces of my favourite chocolate.

honestly, it was awful. The scent smelled okay at first, but the taste was disgusting — like raw eggs, and I almost vomited. The composition just didn’t work, and the chocolate flavor did not save it at all. The package and size are fine, but the personal feel while eating it was so unpleasant. I really hated it, and I can’t recommend this one. Total fail.

I was looking for something quick to make when I’m in a pain flare. I wasn’t expecting to like the chocolate as much as I do. I’m not a fan of most alternative sweeteners, including stevia-I find too much is used making the item too sweet with an annoying aftertaste. These are not too sweet, and have no aftertaste. The chocolate is a nice evening treat, very quick, fairly healthy and easy to make.

Yummy yummy on my tummy the quality is nice. The ingredients is nice that tastes so nice. I used it on the regular for like three days the size is good. The packaging of it is great. you can put it when you’re in a diet. You can put some strawberries blueberries to make it nice the serving of what you can like. I love having these ‘muffins’ on hand for a real ‘sweet treat’ that is healthy and adds the protein I am looking for. Soooo easy too ‘coojk’!! This was my first order of ‘Double Chocolate’ and I was not disappointed. I love topping the FlapJacked muffins with vanilla skyr/yoghurt, for instance…it’s like birthday cake and ice cream without all the sugar AND with a bunch of protein (the focus of my eating for ‘metabolic fitness.’)
