These are my family's absolute favorite cookies, they taste delicious even if you aren't gluten intolerant. I always bake two boxes with chocolate chips and keep extra dough in the freezer to bake off at a moment's notice (and sneak one off the hot pan before putting them away). The oat-flour really sets it apart in flavor + nutrition from other GF brands that use mainly rice flour ingredients.

I tried several different gluten-free flour blends, but unfortunately, none of them gave me the results I was hoping for. Then, based on recommendations from a few people, I decided to try King Arthur Gluten-Free Bread Flour. This is the best gluten-free flour blend I’ve tried so far. From now on, this will be my go-to choice.

This product has xanthum gum in the ingredients, it has good quality ingredients, I like the fact that I don’t have to add it. It does a good job when making sourdough gluten free bread. The flavor and texture of the bread was perfect, I feed it to my friends and they had no idea they were eating gluten free bread until I told them ! I would recommend and purchase again.

So weet and fudgy! I’m honestly amazed at how delicious these zero-sugar brownies turned out! I wasn’t expecting such a rich, fudgy texture and deep chocolate flavor without any added sugar. The sweetness is perfectly balanced — not artificial or overly sweet — and the brownies stay super moist thanks to the allulose/monk fruit blend. They taste just like traditional brownies, maybe even better, but without the guilt or sugar crash afterward. Being GF has its challenges and we all love a good pancake that isn't gummy or doughy in texture with ingredients that don't taste good. THIS isn't THAT! King Arthur accomplished a great mix here and I even do Buttermilk in my blending rather than regular milk. Give it a try. Real Maple syrup as a topping or even just a little salt and no sweeting it is all good and no one tastes that it is even GF!
