The pumpkin bread tastes absolutely delicious. The first time we made it, our family finished it in one sitting. I sometimes add an extra spoon or two of flour as I prefer it less sweet, and even substitute the water with milk if I have it around to make it even more decadent. I love the simple ingredients and have repurchased this many times throughout the years.
Great pumpkin muffins, great for the fall and winter season! It's too much pumpkin spices for me, I'm more of a all chocolate person, but it's nice when you have different treats to make it's more interesting. I usually make all my muffins and cupcakes in a minicupcake&waffle maker, so for 7 small cupcakes a use 1/3 of the package and I also added pumpkin seeds. As always great ingredients!
This Simple Mills pumpkin baking mix is genuinely impressive. The ingredient list is clean, and you can really taste the difference compared to typical boxed mixes. I’d love just a bit more depth in the flavor, but overall it’s a delicious, reliable mix I’d happily buy again.
I have never tried pumpkin muffins before, but i was very very pleasantly surprised. I really love this brand and its quality, and this flavour is really good!
