It’s ok! I don’t think I would rebuy. It was eatable and my young daughter enjoyed it but it doesn’t have the same taste as real banana bread made fresh with real bananas. Was abit dry for me. The recipe already has banana within it and not adding squashed banana to this made it feel like it was not a real banana cake.
Ingredients are clean, I used butter flavored coconut oil and added a banana to the recipe and it was soooo moist! We also made “muffin tops” so we’d have more, sized great. Nice serving, perfect for my low carb/keto diet. Used a silicone muffin pan and they came out tasting great!
