Good taste, helping with relaxing my jaw muscles, it seems pretty natural, as i am picky with this. The color shift is a bit of a thing but i think it is the magnesium quality. I cant be witouth this product, my sleep is deep and i feel much more relaxed.
Didn’t feel any difference. Ingredients seemed fine, size looks big but is actually not much product inside (it takes up less than half of container). Quality seems ok but consistently gave me bad tummy aches. Taste is good lavender smell. But I might not buy again
