I think this is a fine product, no issues so far. I don't take it everyday, otherwise I would get too much. I get regular blood tests to test my b12 levels. Doesn't make sense to take b vitamins without getting regular blood panel to test levels. Many doctors say that you don't just pee away excess b vitamins, they stay in tissues and can cause damage if too high. Hematologist will tell you something different than google search, etc. I don't want to much of anything, so I don't take everyday.

This is a great way to get b12 in! The tablets are dissolvable so no water needed. I take in the morning, gives a nice energy boost. The tablets are small in size if you'd prefer to swallow them. Minimal extra ingredients. Great for metabolism and the nervous system.

Quality, taste, ingredient, packaging, and everything is goo. I could say that I felt its effect and potency. Just an option with a higher number of tables would be very nice to have, especially as the bottle size permits it freely ❤️

I like the very small dissolving tablet, tastes good. But I did not notice much of the usual B-12 kick that I get from other brands.

Quality is great, it's easy to take. It has sweet taste. The tablets are very small and the bottle is so big its mostly empty. It seems like waste of plastic to have such big bottle and product that only fills the bottom.
