I have been doing high fat keto and I have been struggling to digest fat. When I take them, my stool won't go yellow, so I assume its doing the job. I'm still in the process of understanding how much to take because i'm pretty small person. I think its a good product. :)
The packaging looks neat and sturdy, everything is sealed well. The vitamins are pleasant to take, and I was pleased with the quality of the product.
I have tried other supplements with bile in it and they were never as good as this one. It helps to digest fatty meals and to maintain healthy looking skin. I don't take six pills as recommended, I take less and I still see the results.
