I follow a gluten-free diet because I'm intolerant. This is the first time I've bought this size. I was only familiar with the smaller one. I use it to make bread every week and I've had better results than with another brand. I make it in a bread machine I bought at Costco, which also uses oat flour and other ingredients, and it turns out delicious.
