Works for my inflammation related to TOS, seems similar to an OTC anti-inflammatory, but also helps a little with digestion too. I like that they're tablets and I can split them in half if I want.

There are many curcuminoids in turmeric in nature. Taking it with black pepper (piperine) with a full spectrum of curcuminoids makes is very effective, which I truly treasure.
This is a high quality product. The world ingredients provide very good dosage for absorption of antioxidant, anti inflammation benefits. This helps improve joint pain and mobility. I'm not sure what cognitive benefits there are. There is no strong taste. The package is a good size. adult and senior age
