I take my HCL every meal. My partner conquered his IBS because of HCL and digestive enzymes combi every meal. Every healing journey must start with gut health. If you have gut issues, most prob you'll need more stomach acid. Do not ever supplement with antacid for acid reflux, heart burn etc. the body is trying to tell you it needs more stomach acid and not less. Take one cap every meal and increase dosage every week. My max tolerance is 5caps per meal and that is what I take now. The products I select are mostly clean without the fillers and additives. Great for low stomach acid
I've been taking this for indigestion due to low stomach acid. This is my favorite brand and I'm glad they offer this in a huge size because if you have to take 4-5 capsules with every meal a smaller bottle disappears quickly. If you're trying this for the first time, I recommend getting a smaller bottle since betaine HCl is not for everyone.

I think this works pretty well! I have low stomach acid and this team to help me digest foods more easily. I notice less burping. The pills are a small size and have not taste so they’re easy to use. I got these because I had heard good things about Thone brand. I’m still trying to determine if these are worth the extra cost, compared to the same item from Swanson or a more economic choice. The packaging has a nice design, but for the price I wish it was in glass. They seem to be good quality. It’s a small bottle and the serving size and directions are a bit different from eachother. So far it's been helping me with my stomach acid. I take it in combination with Acid Soothe which I also got on here so that I can get off omoprozole.
