received the packing in a intact form and found it easier to protect the content itself. been taking this and almost finish the whole bottle, feeling okay and at least didn't find any discomfort or anything caused to stomach problem. can't tell the benefit yet includes the blood or any memory improvement but will try another bottle to see.
