Seems to work well for lubricating my joints. Very effective. Works for some people and doesnt work for some. So mixed results. But works for me!

I bought this a while ago, but honestly I don’t remember exactly what benefits I was expecting. I didn’t notice any clear or memorable effects while taking it. The softgels were easy to swallow and I didn’t have any negative reactions. Overall, it seemed fine, just nothing noticeable for me.
The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.

The pills are fairly small so they’re easy to swallow, and do not have a strong taste. I take it together with my Ultimate Omega pills. Hoping to see some benefits in the mid to long term.
Excellent product. I use it for my thinning hair and it has helped stop the thinning and balding. I pray first exercising my faith along with the pill.
