Tried Krill because the fish oil Omegas were making me feel queasy, plus i was just not noticing the benefits others marvel at. But this Krill is great! And the Astaxathin in it too is an added benefit. I have noticed the energy and good mood with this as well. Will keep using.
I got this for my skin because i read that krill oil helps with skin problems and my skin is doing much better along with vitex for my hormonal acne my skin is glowy and is not breaking out as much. This is good quality krill oil and there are tins of benefits of it.

Krill Oil is not an inexpensive supplement and Nature's Way is a good brand. I have purchased other Nature's Way items and they have all been great. This is also wonderful and not a very large soft gel so it is easy to take. Will purchase again.

love how this krill oil with omegas 3s benefit greatly in maintaining my eye health, boost my immune system during cold and flu season and even aid in maintaining my hair growth when I was having hair fall issues,. love the fact that it had quality non gmo ingredients. But this last purchased I felt none and saw none of these previous benefits after 2 months of taking them daily. I dont know what happened. Overall, there is a fishy smell when you open the bottle that will take your breath away, but if you keep the lid on you dont smell it. There is No fishy after taste there isnt any fishy burps. Its is reasonable price even when not on sale. It just lost it magic in my opinion.
