This is a great magnesium,as it is good for calmness

After a week of bi-daily use, I don't see much difference, just a bit easier to sleep (similar to melatonin, for me). As I'm currently on vacation, I take naps rather easily, but I don't know if it's due to the pills. Talking of which, the smell and taste is atrocious, herbal but not not the good kind.

I’ve been taking MyoCalm in the evenings and it really helps ease muscle tension and promote better sleep. It feels gentle but effective, and I wake up without stiffness or grogginess. Only downside is having to take a couple of tablets at once, but overall, it’s a great natural support for relaxation. taste is ok, tablet size is just right. Good quality ingredient
