im taking this amidst my busy daily work schedule to maintain a more balanced diet supplement for my hair and nails. I find that my nails are less prone to chipping and my nail colour look a clearer tone. There's a few ingredients inside per capsule size that will do my body good in the long run . Good brand and the tablets works but they are a bit large though make I find having a mouthful of water helps to swallow it. I take one tablet only every day before bed as I have read that taking these type of supplements before bed is better absorbed plus I take a lot of supplements so I do have the space amount throughout the day and I quite like taking this one at bedtime. 🥱 ✨💕
