You have to give it a good shake as the flaxseed drops to the bottom, but the quality is 100%. I actually use it in my dogfood but apparently you can use it to remove make up.
it started with a tiny bitter taste, but somehow I fell in love with it.. and when I finish the oil, surprisingly there is a thick layer of sediment--- I assume its flaxseed. i wish to have a way to ask the seller. but I do like it as a snack...
This product is easy to use in that it is easier to just dress a salad with the oil instead of having to swallow many large capsules. It helps relieve PMS and perimenopausal symptoms. It also assists with memory function and helps me with mood stabilisation. I highly recommend this product.
I’m satisfied with the quality of this flax oil. It has a fresh, natural taste and is easy to add to smoothies, yogurt, or salads. I also like that it contains lignans and comes in a good-sized bottle. The only downside is that the flavor can be a little strong if you are not used to flaxseed oil. Overall, a good product and I would consider buying it again.

Most of them quickly taste rancid to me. This one is better than most. Still not my favorite food, but doing Dr. Goldner's protocol and this is the only liquid oil allowed.

Organic flax seed oil is heart healthy and have been taken it for years. It has helped my for my heart issues. If it was in a glass bottle I would give it 5 stars. This one has all the right ingredients.
