What I like about this product is that it doesn't contain dairy or soy. However, I did not experience a significant change in my digestive system. I believe I needed a higher dosage. This is probably better for just maintenance for someone who doesn't have any issues with their digestive system. Would recommend for maintenance but NOT FOR someone who is trying to heal or restore their gut (not strong enough dosage).

we did microbiom test for my son ,and his nutritionist remanded this product to populate his gut with this friendly bacteria, Longest Living Acidophilus it's come in capsule so you can open if the kids are not able to swallow, and good size ,so for kids it last 3 months .

It was life changing for me and better than milk I used to buy instead of this.

I use it my gut Flora as I have issues with usmicrobiome , it also helpd reduce the bloating, no taste at all. it helps my overall digestion. pill size is easy to swallow. quality is fine from my experience. I like this that this supplement because it does need to be kept in the fridge.
