This product contains poorly absorbed (low bioavailability) forms of magnesium oxide and horsetail. Look for other sources of magnesium, such as glycinate or citrate to ensure your body will absorb and utilize without potential digestive disturbances. Horsetail has a poor absorption rate, and better sources of silica are quartz or Living Silica. Don’t waste your money on something your body can’t use…. AND spare yourself the possible consequences of bloating, constipation etc.
Capsule size is fine, no taste, good dosage, very good ingredient profile, need to take long time to see results. Other than that I also like the packaging as it is very solid.
