I've taken this supplement for my prediabetes with pretty good success at lowering the FBG numbers. If you are looking for a natural supplement witha variety of blood sugar lowering ingredients, I think this is the best. No questionable ingredients. My only problem is there isn't enough amla to make much difference. It is one ingredient that really works.
I feel this is lowering my blood sugar and probably too much as I am slightly elevated taking 3 as suggested is clearly too much ... I have reduced the dose I take 1 twice a day and I still feel it...I spend most of the day below 5.0

bought it for my mom, who has elevated blood sugar levels. she's not diabetic and working on not getting there. it seems to have helped balancing her sugar. she saw the benefit in it. dosage size is good, not too many pills. the ingredients are really good, and high quality.
The ingredients appear to be will thought out and I actually feel the results in the morning after taking it. I do not take the recommended dosage. because I I take other supplements which have some of the same ingredients, I find that 2 pills once daily in the morning is sufficient.
