Couldn’t find Choline (as my levels were low) in many supplements - found it in this and also the added benefit of it improving my skin, hair and nails — my nails are growing without breaking or splitting - it’s amazing! So gosh knows what else it is doing inside - this is my second… does have a funky taste - but it’s momentary and swiftly get over it knowing the good it’s doing.
