I don't mind swallowing tablets or capsules myself – but my wife absolutely hates it, so I have to find her powders and chewables and gummies, in nearly every supplement category. For the Multi-Vitamin category, this is the one that she likes the best. And it's probably the most comprehensive of all the chewables, and believe me – I've looked at all of them. And I don't have to do a big song and dance to get her to take them. In fact, she always reminds me when she's run out of them, as she's become quite fond of them. They're not exactly steak and lobster, but I've crunched on a few of them myself and they don't taste half-bad. If you're the type of person that gets all fidgety when it comes time to swallowing pills, than these chewables could be for you.

When I first saw the size of the tablets I was amazed, but then how could you get so much packed into one tablet. It disolves in your mouth with a kind of fizzy taste. I bought it for kids but feel it is better for the 'big kids' that don't eat their veggies.

Tastes great, doesn't bother your stomach and easy to regulate dose. Recommended dose is 3/day. I found one every day does the trick. My only gripe is it's a bit expensive and the distributors make it even more expensive. If I could find a local retailer, I'd buy it there.

This chewable has so much to offer!! I found it at a health food deli and then couldn’t find it anywhere until now!! I’m so glad to have a supply again!! This vitamin is packed with so many necessary nutrients!! I feel it immediately and so does my hard working hubby that works from before the sun rises till after the sunsets and tells me how good he feels when he is able to have this chewable with his morning breakfast!! Thanks for such a great all in one vitamin!! Also the vitamin tastes great which is another good point to share….we are in our late 50’s and going strong with the help of this chewable vitamin

The ingredients list is just super, containing everything you could want. I feel it's the best multi I've ever found. I take two a day to make bottle last longer, as it's pricey. The cost is the only drawback, as I can't always afford it, but on the months where I can't afford it, I buy their other chewable multis instead which are cheaper. But this one is my favorite. I'm not real wild about the taste, but it's not too bad. Update: I decided to take the full dose of three a day, as it gives me higher mgs of various nutrients, especially Vitamin C, and I find I feel better on the higher dose.

I love the tropical fruit flavor — it’s really tasty and easy to chew. I haven’t noticed major effects yet, but it’s affordable and something I’ll continue taking regularly. My teens also enjoy taking it with no issues.
