Strontium, 60 Tablets (340 mg per Tablet)

Since I have been using strontium my dexascan numbers have improved dramatically! When I was first diagnosed with osteoporosis I was prescribed the meds that were popular back then. When people started to experience the side affects of jaw damage and pages of side affects I went to a natural food store and was told about strontium and have been taking it for about 15 years and love the results.

I was given a Tamoxifen for 5 years after being diagnosed with breast cancer. My knees hurt so bad that I could not go down stairs. I started taking Strontium. I could go up and down stairs within a few months with out any pain. I have been taking this product for years now.

Strontium is really helping with bone density. It has assist with osteopenia. Great Improvement in DEXA scan for lumbar vertebrae, left hip and left femoral neck. It has all shifted to the normal range. Instead of taking Fosamax. It must be ensure that Fosamax tablet goes right down into the stomach otherwise once stuck in oesophagus, it would create a stomach ulcer. Strontium Nature's Life tablets is working and helpful. Affordable and relieved. No need to take Fosamax :)

I’ve been taking strontium iver 15 years already .. My bones are weak -mostly -the low lumbar. The bone density test shows improvement, although my osteoporosis doesn’t go away. I am 65 and do not expect a miracle but I am happy that my -2.5 t-score has not been changed in years.

Since adding them, I feel like my overall bone health routine is more complete.

My doc said to take Strontium (am and pm) along with Omega's to increase bone density. It is easy to take. My friend had a great increase in her bone density and I'm hoping for the same!

I have tried breaking them into smaller pieces, then tried dissolving the pill in water as they are big tablets and difficult to swallow.

use this product for 3 years in a row now. I recommend it to everyone.

I'm so glad these are tablets instead of capsules. I wanted to take a bit of strontium but not the massive doses that the capsules come in. With these tablets I can cut them into small portions and just take a small amount daily. I will keep using this product!
