Great quality. I learned that beta-carotene is stored under the skin and too much f it colors you in carrot hue. But it it otherwise hamless. Just take less of it. The ingredients are the best to get me to carrot hue. Others didn't get there... To lower the hue, I just space the intake..
The product contains 15,000 mcg of vitamin A per one softgel. So I take this product to supplement vitamin A. I will buy this product again.
