The flavor of these isn't too bad, and they dissolve fairly quickly. A lot of pills for a good price, the tabs are quite small. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to up their Foli Acid intake

I bought this with B complex and Niacinamide, for a serious rash on my skin. After one or two weeks of taking them, I felt I have more energy than before. The effects are the rash stopped and my skin gradually back to normal. Very tiny size. Taste a little sweet.
