Astaxanthin works better than anything else I tried. And at 10 mg daily within one month my eye sight has improved sufficiently that I may have to do away with my eye glasses. I have 20-20 corrected vision and astaxanthin has really improved my vision but I take one at 7 AM and another one at 7 PM for 30 days then just one daily. My eye doctor was shocked to see how improved my vision has become. I highly recommended.

I bought it in order to improve my eyesight, and supposedly it is also good for the skin, so win-win :) This is my first bottle, so I cannot compare it to the other brands of Astaxanthin...
