If you have constipation and nothing seems to work, consider this Nature's Answer high concentration of liquid fiber. It has been a huge game changer for my family and I from the hassle of constant constipation. On top of my chronic constipation I developed a "methane SIBO" in which the "bacteria overgrowth " caused further constipation. Psyllium and other grocery products available to stay regular did not work for me or others in my fam. Didn’t want to use stool softener etc Each serving recommended is 30 ml or 2 Tbsp to deliver 14 grams of fiber. But I do not take that much. I would recommend playing with the doses to see how your digestive system reacts. I typically take half the dose or less mixed in water with a small dose of magnesium citrate powder mixed in. The magnesium helps to draw water into intestines and I drink 1 or 2 cups of water to chase it down. Others in my family use it without the mag citrate just mixed in water with much success. The key is to drink plenty of water throughout the day. My only complaint is the sticky residue it leaves around the neck of the opening around the cap. I found out it helps to wipe down the opening right after serving it before screwing the cap back on. Also shake well to get the best of all the product. **Needs refrigeration.

The product is packaged in a glass bottle. It has a pleasant taste and is a valuable source of fiber. I take it in the morning and it has helped my digestion noticeably.
i like all of nature's answers liquid supplements. they all have good quality, simple ingredients, and they taste very good, too. this has almost no sugar, even though the flavor is sweet. like all liquid vitamins, it's very easily digestible and absorbed by the body. i put a few splashes into my breakfast juice every day. i really like the results---i almost always have some "elimination" in the bathroom shortly after breakfast. the only change i would make to this product is the sodium citrate--- i am not sure how necessary of an ingredient that is.
For whose folks who require fiber but cannot get it normally from food - I’m with you; this is my second liquid fiber, another brand now, but I gotta say despite different taste and less size, it works directly as intended and nourishes me properly.
