silly me for not reading the add properly. 2 oz of fish is not a lot. if you're thinking of putting it on a pizza well just know it is probably going to cover barely 1/5 of the pie. still, it is delish. I'll give it that!

Anchovies are a great source of omega 3 and I enjoy putting them in salads or in pasta. The taste alone is strong but it mixes in fine. These are good quality anchovies in olive oil, not some unhealthy mystery oil. you can't go wrong for the price.
These are so good! Very salty if you crave salt and they make as an easy topping for appetizers. The can was a little hard to peel back but I got it all out. Great healthy treat with lots of nice oil
Am a huge fan of anchovies and this is quite good for a snack with bagels or crackers. Happy to have found this and other brands of anchovies on iherb.
