Listen, I have an issue with corn. Not corn per se, but commercial corn is grown with soy. So much so that it is called cornsoy in some places. I’m allergic to soy, so this does me well.

Quality simple ingredients. I use this in any recipe that calls for corn syrup and works exactly the same. I love that its non gmo and the taste is no different than regular corn syrup. the size is on the smaller side but it's really all I need for the amount of baking I do.
