The flaxseed in is ground well and allows for easy daily use. I blend with my protein shake and sprinkle it on salads and yoghurt for a healthy addition. I've also experimented cooking with it as it's generally tasteless but adds fiber to foods. Try adding two tablespoons to your pasta sauces for example.
I sprinkle it into my smoothies, yogurt and soups, great source of fiber and omega 3. I chose this brand for the quality, love the packaging too.
