I experienced diarrhea every time I took this supplement, even when I tried spacing it out to every other day or once every three days. I tested it over a 7-day period and consistently had the same reaction a few hours after taking it. It seems that one or more ingredients in this product are irritating my digestive system. Unfortunately, it’s not a good fit for me.
I took the full dosage and it gave me acne instead of more hair 🥲 I tried reducing the dosage (one tablet instead of three) but yeah I think it's a bit too much for me. I will update my review if I see any improvements or results. The pills are also larger than usual so it might be difficult for some people to swallow them.
I'm in my 50s and I ordered it ro help me preserve my hair healt, I just started use it for few days. Pills are large but ok.

i would have recommended it initialy but then saw you need 3 serving a day centrum is much more focused on overall vitamin health so i switch and never went back.
