Black Currant Oil, 1,000 mg, 60 Softgels

I purchased this product to see if it would help reduce the severe breast tenderness I was experiencing frequently before my period. I also wanted to see if it would help calm my moods prior to menstuation. I've only been taking it less than one month, but I did not get the breast tenderness at all! My mood was also much better. I realize this was only one month and not enough time to judge it. But I WILL keep taking it faithfully, one a day, every day from now on to see if it continues to be a benefit to me.

Being giving this product to my teenage granddaughter for several years know and it makes such a difference to her moods.... keeps her a lot more balanced ,lot happier in herself and her emotions are a lot more stable when she forgets to take this product for awhile,I can defiantly notice the difference in her moods....not good!

This kind of supplement is not so popular but the elements inside is really good. It takes a long time to see the actual effects on the body, but I do have friends recommend the black currant oil saying that it is super good for females. I have 1 capsule every day. 60 capsules only last 2 months. So I will order again and buy more.

My auyervedic practitioner recommended I take these black currant seed oil at 6000 mg/day since I have such a dry constition. I have only titrated up to 3000 mls/day and love them! My skin and hair actually have some dewy softness to them. Be careful, though, too much too fast resulted in a headache, and achey joints for me.

I like Nature's Life, Black Currant Oil because it has a unique blend of fatty acids Omega 3 and Omega-6. I understand it can aid the health of my hair eyes and heart. When I take Nature's Life, Black Currant Oil I notice a big difference. I get considerable benefit from it. The packaging is great and I would not be without it.
