This is a children's colostrum, suitable from 4-5 years. In my family, adults also accept it. Colostrum is the first milk with a high content of antibodies and protein. Good composition and quality of ingredients. Good chew size and only need to haw one or two dosage a day. It benefits my tween and not fussed in the taste though but manageable. I would buy again maybe try a different flavour if available. Only need to chew one for a teen

I really like this product and chew a couple tablets every time I get the sniffles or scratchy throat. The tablets are very easy to chew. They also seem to have enough colosseum to do the job they're meant to do and ward off colds. And the flavor is great!
