This product helps me very much when I eat dairy. it has no bad/weird taste. i take it every time before drinking latte or eating a meal with a lot of latose and it works. I used to take Scitec Nutrition lactaze enzyme but I didn't like it, this one is of better quality

I’ve been using this product for a few years and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. The quality is very good
This product is okay. The packaging and quality are good, and the ingredients seem fine. However, I had to take a large quantity for it to work, and even then, it didn't help me much with my lactose intolerance. One or two pills weren't enough, and overall, it just didn't work for me. I gave it another try, but I won't be ordering it again. It does what it's supposed to in high doses, but personally, it didn't help. Overall, it's an okay product.
