My family and I have been taking this for years 3 softgels each daily and it greatly helped resolve me and my mom's dry eyes issues. The other best thing about this is there is no fishy taste! This is the highest quality Omegas I could find. I've been taking them for many years now. When I take about 8 of these a day, I don't have joints that hurt and my doctor says my cholesterol level is good. When I forget to take them, he wants to write me a prescription to lower my cholesterol. I tell him no thanks, I'll just take more of these healthy essential fatty acids that I can trust!
