I take boron along with vitamin D for improved D absorption. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. My D levels are improving. I will continue to order this product!

Nice quality; dose of the active ingredient (the mineral boron) is on the high side for me so I only take it 2-3 times a week (frequency) still reaping the benefits. It's a good sized container (240 capsules). Well packaged. I like the composition (only boron). It's tasteless and potentially addresses a deficiency by support calcium transport.

Nutricost Boron is a straightforward supplement, but in my case, it didn’t produce any noticeable benefits. I didn’t experience any changes in how I felt, which made it hard to justify continuing with it. Looking back, I probably didn’t need it in the first place. I already consume dates from time to time, which naturally contain boron along with other beneficial nutrients. So it’s very possible I wasn’t deficient to begin with. This feels like one of those supplements where the impact really depends on your baseline levels—if you’re already getting enough from your diet, you may not notice much. For me, it turned out to be unnecessary.

Great product, just the citrate form. I am avoiding the other boron forms in the tri-boron products so I appreciate having just the citrate. However I would really like it if nutricost would provide boron in the Calcium Borogluconate form, as I had amazing results from that when Now used to sell it.

Boric acid is the main form of boron in blood, urine, and other body fluids. The lack of substantial changes in blood boron levels in response to large increases in dietary intakes suggests that the body maintains boron homeostasis, likely by increasing urinary excretion. Boron is excreted mainly in the urine, and small amounts are excreted in the feces, sweat, breath, and bile. In humans, boron deficiency signs and symptoms have not been firmly established. Limited data suggest that boron deficiency might affect brain function by reducing mental alertness and impairing executive brain function. In addition, a low-boron diet (0.25 mg boron/2,000 kcal) might elevate urinary calcium and magnesium excretion and lower serum concentrations of estrogen in postmenopausal women. Low boron intake also appears to reduce plasma calcium and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and raise serum calcitonin and osteocalcin levels in men and women; these changes could affect bone mineral density. Boron is not known to interact with or interfere with any medicines or dietary supplements. My health advisor recommended that I take Boron every day. I bought this for my mother. The ingredients are ok, as you can expect from capsule form, pill size normal, package is the best. There is no any bad taste, and I think this supplement is of nice quality. I think that you can't see benefits right from the start, but as I've read about mineral intake, this is a very nice addition.
