Boron, 60 Vegetable Capsules

I was suffering with hip and leg pain for a couple of months that I was self-diagnosing as a stress fracture. of the hip...it was getting worse rather than better even with a lot of rest.. I decided to do a little research before consulting a doctor and possible surgery and came across studies involving this form of boron. I took 2 a day for a couple of weeks along with co-factors-magnesium, k2, etc.. and lo and behold! I am noticing an improvement in pain level and mobility. I have read and studied about boron for decades and tried a number of other products including very high-quality ones. After reading the reviews I had little hope but figured it was worth the chance. When I received it, I took two that afternoon and then two more before bed, nothing else changed in my routine. Then when I got up in the morning about 30% or more of my overall joint/body pain was gone and I was able to move much better than I have in years. The next week I took it twice a day to make sure I was loading up as I figured my body must be deficient and now back to 1x day and still maintaining the same results. As an older woman who was diagnosed with osteopenia, I wanted to make sure I was getting the calcium I needed. My dr suggested this and said she takes it herself. A quality product containing important mineral for bones.It decreases deficiencies and boost enhancement of bones quality . It decreases bad symptoms of bones. No taste for this product. The package is well made also . The size of pill is good also .

I like the supplement made with plants. I've been consuming more than 10 bottles. My hair stylist told me my hair has been getting thicker. I am not sure if it's due to taking this supplement which improves my hair, skin and nail.
