I purchased this in December 2025 to see if it would help lower my Bilirubin levels for Gilbert's syndrom, and whether this would generally help me feel better (energy levels, skin, digestion, so on). I also purchased CDG. Factually, this supplement combined with CDG lowered my bilirubin, according to my 2 blood tests. It wasn't lowered to within normal levels, but dosage-wise I also was only taking a capsule from each, once a day. Assumably this has helped benefit my liver's detoxification pathways, and it helping my body get rid of other stuff it needs to get rid of. A weird thing I am noting, is I feel like my breathing has improved somehow? I'm honestly not entirely sure whether this has had a huge impact symptom wise - I'd have to spend a considerable amount of time off it, to compare. But factually it is having an impact, so I'm pleased it's doing what it is supposed to do. I have no way of verifying quality/ingredients. The size of the pills is adequate. Since the supplement is in a capsule, you can't really taste it.

Did not notice a difference I gave this a fair try and finished multiple bottles but personally did not feel any change. Quality seems fine but it just did nothing noticeable for me. Would not buy again

BroccoMax gives me the benefits of broccoli in capsule form which is convenient. The delayed release formula ensures the sulforaphane actually makes it where it needs to go. I take one daily and the vegan capsules are gentle on my stomach. Jarrow does a good job with this specialized supplement.
