I did an anti-Candida, low histamine diet, & used this to help with "die off". I didn't get any sort of "die off" symptoms (flu-like), but when everything was said and done, I don't find that my digestive system or skin issues or overall gut health improved after taking this. Is it because it doesn't work or because I didn't do something right? NOW brand is a great brand with quality products. Perhaps I didn't have a Candida overgrowth (wasn't diagnosed). At any rate, it didn't make a difference for me for what I was using it for.

I think that they are good quality because I have many other products from this brand and I am happy and very thankful, but because of my sensitive stomach these make me sick and I stopped taking them, switched to garlic and worked better for me
