It is an excellent product, and it produces visible results. Moreover, it is tested for environmental toxins, heavy metals, dioxins, and PCBs. Omega-3 is in the form of triglyceride.
If you want to test the quality of the fish oil, put the capsule in the freezer and let it freeze. Then take it out and let it defrost in room temperature, if the capsule is clear it means that it’s of good quality, if it is cloudy you should get rid of it.
