Clean, no-fishy-aftertaste DHA option if you don’t eat much seafood. 200 mg per softgel is a moderate dose — easy to adjust up or down. Softgels are small and easy to swallow, no stomach issues for me. A bit pricier than standard fish oil, but solid quality and algae-based source.

I only took it for a few days before quitting, but it obviously had effects, albeit not the effects my very complex neurophysical profile needed. It made me feel dull, worsened my word-recall, increased social sensitivity, etc. I still give it 5 stars though because it's a good product and I'm sure some other people will benefit from it, while I've concluded once and for all that no fish oil supplement is what I need.

A good additional benefit to a vegetarien diet, the quality is excellent .
This is DHA only, but I have no complaints. I cycle around brands and I would come back to this one for sure.
