I need to research the specifics of UV full spectrum methodology, but it appears that the extract should contain the totality of polyphenols and EGCG. No additives, excipients, etc.
If you are like me cautious about the amount of EGCG you take due to liver issues this product is for you. Only 100mg of EGCG per capsule. Safe long term dose. Quality is good
I try to drink every day my green day (for antioxidants). It's necessary for me. I follow a lyme protocol. Sometimes i take a capsule 'green tea'. This is easy to take: the capsules are very small and it gives me an energyboost! Paradise is a very good brand. All their supplements are very high quality and completely free of fillers. I use some other supplements also from Paradise. I fully recommend this brand!

I like the fact this is full-spectrum extract and not just one isolated component. I take it with a turmeric and a kelp (iodine) capsule and soy milk with my cereal.
