That's one of my fav oils. Might seem a bit on the pricey side but the taste is always good and it's apparently very nutritious.

dr told me i need to switch to 369 oil. well, now i dont mind becauseni love the taste and sell, most importantly it benefits my overall health. i reccomend it

I love udo oil as can add a tablespoon into our ready to drink soup or on our dishes, do not take alone as is oily. Great taste if add into fresh milk, smell great for me. It helps reducing inflammation, improving skin moisture, and aiding nerve development and for heart health.

I got this for my dry itchy skin. I got the capsule version for my teen son as well. This supplements some lacking fatty acids in our diet and really seems to help. This is a trusted brand for us, and I use several of their products, all are fantastic.
