I always do my research before purchasing supplements as they are not regulated. I subscribe to an online service which tests supplements and Nordic Naturals is one of the recommended brands, at least for fish oil. I see that the ingredients are very clean without any lecithin and the supplement utilizes Kaneka ubiquinol. Even though they are expensive, I think my heart health is worth it but I stock up when they are offered on discount.

I've had different forms of coq10 ubiquinol, but this is the best one. I'm taking it for migraines. This one doesn't have additives that trigger a migraine event. I've noted other brands have paprika or Annato extract which makes my heart race. I tried this one and I had 0 side effects. I've only been taking it for a week, so it's to early to say if it helps with migraines.

bought this as it is made w olive oil instead of other brands using sunflower oil. Hence higher quality which also means higher price. But happy to pay more for better quality - good ingredients are important to me ! Wish for larger size with more capsules !

I continue to purchase items from the Nordic Naturals brand because of quality. The items I choose contain Organic Virgin Olive Oil. There are no nasty sunflower oils or other nut or processed vegetable oil fillers. For eye health I take the Ubiquinol along with Sea Buckthorn Oil blend (another brand), Cod Liver Oil and a Bilberry supplement along with a other supporting herbs, vitamins and minerals etc for optimal health for bodymind balance. This Nordic CoQ10 is on the higher price point scale but quality it worth it for me.
