Someone recommended me this brand and it purity is highly tested. It contains 1000mg of DhA which is the dosage daily for a human. We do not need high dosage of EPA at all. It also only contain anchovies . I am taking 2 a day and gives me 1000mg which is the recommended dosage.
First time purchase of this brand. Chose it due to its high EPA/DHA content. Tablets are normal size for fish oil and no reflux or aftertaste from taking them. This brand was closest to the Pharmaceutical Grade ones I was purchasing previously but at half the cost. Will purchase again.
There are not enough time of consuming this supplement to say directly about benefits or disadvantages of it. Only long term of use can prove the benefits of this product. Still I am satisfied by quality of product and the service on iherb website.
Most omega 3s contain the wrong ratio of DHA to EPA. With 1000mg of DHA and 400mg of EPA this product meets the standards for the proper ratio. I have been taking this for a few months now and plan to continue with it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good omega 3 at a reasonable price.
I needed a quality fish oil to carry while traveling - no refrigeration available - and chose this due to its high DHA content (important to feed my aging brain, still lots of people to heal) and the product purity. It is large in size, typical of other brands, but not an issue personally.
I purchased this product to support my brain activity and memory during a heavy load of studies. I will need some time to see if it works. However, it seems to be a quality fish oil that will definitely benefit my skin and hair.
I have been using this Nature's Way brand for a long time now and am glad to find it here at an affordable price. I believe it helps keep inflammation down and is protective against the aches and pains that can result. I also like that it doesn't have a fishy aftertaste. That to me speaks of the quality of the ingredients.
This is a top quality fish oil supplement and company. I like that the ingredients include DHA, EPA, and vitamin E. This supplement has so many benefits for the brain, eyes, hair, heart, and inflammation. I didn’t experience any after taste. The omegas are beneficial to take as we age.
Have tried other fish oil, but Nature's Way works best for me. It takes the place of cod liver oil in the warmer months when I get more sunlight. I like taking two a day and find that it does help mental clarity. Haven't used it long enough to see if it shows a positve effect on my bloodwork, so we'll see.
