The only one that my kids will use. The syrup has a rich, berry-like taste that’s pleasant enough to take on its own (not overly sweet or medicinal), and it’s gentle on the stomach. I take one teaspoon a day as a preventative, and up to 3–4 times a day if I feel like I’m coming down with something. It really seems to help reduce the severity and duration of symptoms — especially congestion and sore throat.

Great taste and made with Quality ingredients, always see the benefit of it as when I run out I tend to have a lowered immunity then. Easy dosage with the little cup dispenser it comes with. The only thing is the price has gone up by a lot the last couple of years .

This is good since I am on a cut phase of my healthy journey. I want to make sure that I have enough nutrients while being on the cut. this helps me to have omega 3 and helps with the hair and inflammation I think. The bar code on the package allows me to scan into fitness pal and see what nutrition and decide whats my meal for the day. The taste is good. Not too artificial. It is kind of pricey so I only purchase it during sale. Haha.
