Super Green Tea, Alcohol-Free, 2 fl oz (60 ml)

Tried a drop on it's own & it's very bitter but not to the point that you'll need to rinse your mouth. I started using this for sustainability reasons as teabags & tea leaves requires so much processing & packaging. I usually mix a full pump (which is almost 28 drops as suggested) of this into 750ml of water with lemon. The green tea flavour isn't very strong but I think it's a good switch. This is really versatile. By that I mean you can use it internally in a tea or some other beverage or topically in aserum for an extra dose of antioxidants. I put a few drops in my serum or a lotion, and it works really well. I would highly recommend.

i’m using it as a scalp and face serum and honestly it’s pretty efficient for people who don’t want to brew green tea every day. I’ve noticed a glow after using it. It’s best to use on the scalp as a mask before washing because it can be sticky. green tea apparently has lots of antioxidants like EGCG for skin health and long hair so I hope to see good results. I've used green tea for years. I don't like the heat associated with tea bags.. but with this product within 1 hour you have energy that lasts all day long.. would recommend to anyone.

A very good product. It's sweet, so it can be easily taken with just a bit of water, but it also blends well with smoothies or juices. A dropper allows easy dosing.
