This is clean pasta - one ingredient - brown rice! It cooks well, doesn't become mushy. The taste is wonderful! It's versatile, eat it hot or make a lovely healthy pasta salad with lots of veggies and shrimp! The quality has been consistent across purchases.
This is one of my favorite pastas. our whole family loves the taste. They hold their shape well. Great quality with no added extras that aren't good for you using healthy ingredients. I love that it is the only gf pasta I have found that comes in a 16 ounce package! Love the shell shape too!
Due to Celiac Disease I have to eat pasta that is absolutely gluten free. Getting "good" pasta that doesn't overwhelm either pasta sauces or fall apart into a "mush" consistency is a real challenge. This is an excellent pasta that holds up as good substantial noodles to work in both Mac and Cheese (or plant based cheese) as well as cold pasta salad use plenty of dressing either way, it's a thirsty pasta! The pasta takes a true amount of water and follow the cooking time carefully.
We use rice pasta because of wheat allergies. This kind is delicious, and not a bad price for rice pasta.
Great taste! Doesn’t always reheat well, but the first time it looks like normal noodles. Falls apart sometimes with reheat.
I’m glad iHerb is getting more gluten free pasta brands. Shells are a fun pasta to be able to get. The texture was pretty good too!

This pasta advertised a lot of amazing expectations. Like good texture, not mushy, al dente and I must say it met all expectations. I have served it when non-gluten free people come and they rave about it. When I say it's gluten free they don't believe me. Highly recommended product.
This is a tasty pasta and great because it is gluten free. But I prefer quinoi or kamut pasta. I don't eat a lot of pasta , but I might order this again at some time
